Terms of Service

Effective date: September 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of GrantBear, a service operated by Slize Media LLC ("GrantBear", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

The service

GrantBear lets a marketing agency send a link to its client. The client signs in to platforms such as Meta and Google and approves the access the agency requested. The agency can then see which assets were shared. GrantBear is a tool that carries out actions you or your client authorize on those platforms; it does not manage advertising campaigns on your behalf.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including your team members.
• You must be at least 18 years old and use GrantBear for business purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Request access to accounts without the owner's permission, or misrepresent who you are to a client.
• Use GrantBear to breach the terms of Meta, Google or any other connected platform.
• Attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or circumvent its limits.
• Resell or white-label the service except as offered in your plan.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or its users at risk.

Third-party platforms

GrantBear works with platforms we do not control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and they may change or withdraw the interfaces GrantBear depends on. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions or data.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to request access to the accounts you ask your clients to share.

Payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Availability and support

We aim to keep GrantBear available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using GrantBear at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Access your client granted through GrantBear stays in place on the platform until it is removed there.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slize Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
